At Sassiety, every item is personalized and made to order just for you. Because each piece is created with your unique details — names, dates, photos, and messages — we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind. We hope you understand that a personalized item simply can't be restocked or resold.
That said, we stand behind everything we make. If something is wrong with your order, we genuinely want to make it right. Please read on for how that works.
Personalized items: no change-of-mind refunds
All Sassiety products are custom-made to your specifications. For this reason we do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as:
- You changed your mind after ordering
- You no longer want or need the item
- You ordered the wrong size, style, or variant by mistake
- The personalization details you submitted contained a typo or error (please double-check spelling, dates, and photos carefully before ordering)
- Minor, natural variations in color, grain, or finish that are inherent to handmade and custom-printed products
This is standard practice for personalized goods. Under EU and UK consumer law, the standard 14-day "cooling-off" right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to a customer's personal specifications. In the United States and other regions, personalized items are likewise generally treated as final sale. None of this affects your statutory rights when an item is faulty (see below).
Changes and cancellations
Because we begin production quickly, you can request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as production has not yet started. After production begins, your order can no longer be changed or cancelled. To request a change, email us right away at info@sassiety.store with your order number.
When we will absolutely help you
We will repair, replace, reprint, or refund your order — whichever is most appropriate — if any of the following apply:
- The item arrived damaged or defective (for example, broken, cracked, or with a manufacturing fault)
- You received the wrong item or the wrong personalization compared with what you ordered
- We made an error in producing your personalization (a mistake on our side, not in the details you submitted)
- Print or material quality issues that fall short of our standards
In these cases there is no cost to you, and you usually will not need to ship the item back — a clear photo is normally enough for us to resolve it.
How to report a problem

To help us resolve things as fast as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item (and the shipping box, if it arrived damaged)
For visible shipping damage, it helps to let us know within 48 hours of delivery and to keep the original packaging where possible.
We aim to respond to every message within 1–2 business days, and we will work with you until you are happy with the outcome.
Lost, delayed, or non-delivered orders
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@sassiety.store and we will investigate with the carrier and find a solution. Please note that delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs are outside our control, though we will always do our best to help.
International orders (USA, Europe & worldwide)
We ship internationally and welcome customers across the United States, Europe, and beyond. Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). For international deliveries:
- Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
- This policy is written to respect consumer-protection rules in the regions we serve. Nothing in it limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your own country — including your right to a remedy for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Refunds, when issued
Where a refund is the agreed solution, it will be issued to your original payment method. Once approved, please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
