How Personalization Works
Every Sassiety gift is made to order and personalized by you. Creating yours takes just a few minutes — here’s how it works from start to finish.
Step by step
- Choose your gift. Browse by recipient or occasion and pick the piece you love.
- Add your details. On the product page you’ll find personalization fields — enter the name, date, or message you’d like, and upload a photo where the product allows it.
- Double-check everything. We craft your gift exactly as you submit it, so take a moment to review spelling, dates, and your photo before adding to cart.
- We make it. Once you order, your gift goes into production and is personalized and crafted just for you.
- Quality-checked & shipped. We check every order before it leaves us, then send it on its way with tracking so you can follow it to the door.
Tips for the best result
- Spelling & dates: we reproduce your details exactly as entered, so please check them carefully — especially names and important dates.
- Photos: upload the highest-quality image you have. Bright, in-focus photos taken in good light always look best on the finished product.
- Messages: if a character limit is shown, keep your message within it so every word fits beautifully.
Why “made to order” matters
Because each item is personalized just for you, it can’t be restocked or resold — which is why we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns on personalized pieces.
