Ordering & personalization

How do I personalize my order?

Each product page has personalization fields where you add your details — a name, date, or message, and a photo upload where the product allows it. We craft your gift exactly as you enter it, so please double-check your details before checkout.

What if I made a typo in my personalization?

We produce each item precisely as submitted, so we’re unable to cover mistakes in the details you provide (such as a misspelled name). Please review everything carefully before ordering. If the error was ours, we’ll of course fix it — see below.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we begin production quickly, you can request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of ordering, as long as production hasn’t started. Just email us right away with your order number.

Shipping & delivery

How long will my order take?

Every item is made to order, so please allow a few business days for production before your order ships, plus delivery time to your address. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as it’s on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship across the United States, Europe, and worldwide. Please note that any import duties or taxes on international orders are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient’s responsibility.

What currency are prices shown in?

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD).

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes — once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Returns & problems

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Because every item is personalized and made just for you, we don’t offer refunds or returns for change of mind. If there’s a problem with your order, though, we’re here to help — see the next question. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

My order arrived damaged, faulty, or wrong — what do I do?

We’ll make it right. Please email us at info@sassiety.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement, reprint, or refund as appropriate. For shipping damage, letting us know within 48 hours is especially helpful.
